Jack's Saybrook Steak, the spin-off restaurant to Jack's American Bistro, was established to address the growing need for an authentic Chop House along the shoreline.

Our changes promise to couple the delectable recipes from Jack's American Bistro with the enhancement of a Chop House and tavern; we are confident that our vision will present the perfect blend for a memorable and delicious meal for any occasion.
